The 2023 Chevy Blazer gets an exterior upgrade with new lighting, wheels, and grille design. The Blazer continues to take its cues from the iconic Chevy Camaro, with an aggressive front end and sporty paint colors. Chevrolet is also upgrading the interior technology with more infotainment and standard driver-assistive features.

Impressive Powertrain and Standard Driver-Assistive Features

Chevrolet will release the 2023 Blazer in five trims with two engine options: 2LT, LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier. A 2023 Chevrolet Blazer EV reservation list has opened for the fully-electric 2024 models.

The 2023 models with combustion engines will come with a standard turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 228 horsepower. This engine has a towing capacity of 1,500 pounds when properly equipped. Chevy also offers an available 3.6-liter V6 with 308 horsepower, 270 lb-ft of torque, and 4,500-pound towing capacity.

The larger engine is standard on the RS, and available on the 3LT and Premier trims. Both engines come with a nine-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. Chevrolet offers available all-wheel drive.

Chevrolet is adding more standard driver-assistive features to the 2023 Chevy Blazer. The full specs on the 2023 model aren’t yet available, but the 2022 model year has standard features like Forward Collision Warning with Front Pedestrian Braking, Forward Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, a Rearview Camera, and Automatic High Beams.

Available tech features include Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert.

Iconic Styling and Interior Tech Design

The interior styling resembles the Camaro, with a center console and infotainment screen sitting above round air vents. The 2LT is the base trim with attractive cloth on sporty seats. The rest have leather upholstery and high-quality materials.

All models have a new 10.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and several USB ports. Optional tech features include navigation, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and an eight-speaker Bose audio system.

Chevy offers new 2023 Chevrolet Blazer color options: Radiant Red, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Copper Bronze Metallic. The automaker has two new packages for the 2LT and 3LT trims: Midnight/Sport Edition and Redline Edition. Both will have unique color accents and special wheels.
